I have tried to cancel my service multiple times and they keep sending people to my house. I have even successfully charged back my credit card and they still won’t cancel my service.

Elijah and Robert did a termite home inspection (none) and a front and backyard inspection (which determined I have subterranean termites in my yard). They explained the treatment needed to eradicate them and prevent them from getting into my home. They both answered all of my MANY questions. The yard treatment was done a few days later. I rate them A+.

I would not recommend Ninefold Pest Control based on my experience. Unfortunately, their service has not solved the problem. They have come out several times, but I still have ants throughout my backyard. What is especially frustrating is that despite the lack of results, they charge a $299 cancellation fee if you want to terminate the contract before the 24-month term is completed. I expected the pest control service to actually resolve or significantly reduce the ant problem, but after multiple treatments, I am still dealing with the same issue. In my experience, the service has not been effective enough to justify the cost or the long-term commitment.

Johnathan was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He answered all of our questions.

Greenway/Polaris used to have a five star review from me. Since they switched to their automated system I’ve been very unhappy. I have chickens in the backyard and need to be home when they come. I keep getting text messages that an appointment has been scheduled for the next 48 hours and even when I cancel, they still show up. Two days isn’t enough notice and it’s never at a time that works for me. I’ve called asked repeatedly that they not schedule me until I need it, but so far I haven’t gotten anywhere. The actual service is still good, but the scheduling is a nightmare and I no longer recommend them based on this alone.

J’Khari came to my home and serviced it for the first time. He was extremely professional and polite. If I could choose, I would pick him every time. Thank you sir!!!

Justin, Qwann, Trevyn were a really great crew to have for a first time experience with a company. Justin was able to answer all of my “crazy lady” questions & concerns. Explained everything really well and in detail. Qwann & Trevyn were who we met next. Qwann was very detailed in cleaning all of the areas and prepping the area to be sprayed by Trevyn who did a very thorough job. I addressed all of my concerns and they made sure to fulfill all that they said they would do. Very nice young group of guys, who did a great job.
